Stroke Lengths

The NTS1 is available in various stroke lengths, and the extended stroke can be continuously adjusted. The following stroke lengths are available as standard, with additional options possible:

  • 100mm stroke
  • 150mm stroke
  • 200mm stroke
  • 300mm stroke
  • 400mm stroke
  • 500mm stroke
  • 600mm stroke

Voltage

The NTS1 can be ordered in the following variants:

  • 230 V: Ideal for applications with a direct mains connection.
  • 24 V: Standard in many industrial applications.
  • 12 V: Suitable for mobile or battery-operated devices.

Signal Contacts

Signal Contacts enable monitoring of the actuator's position:

  • Allow precise monitoring of the screw tube's end positions.
  • The signal contacts are potential-free switching contacts used to relay and process the end positions to higher-level controls.
  • In this version, four additional conductors are provided in the connection cable.

Synchronized Version

Synchronized Version

The synchronized version allows two actuators to be used in parallel. This enables more complex applications and provides double the power. The control system ensures that both actuators operate synchronously to avoid damage from asynchrony. If one actuator stops, the other is automatically shut off—ensuring smooth and safe operation.
