Procedure in Case of Fault
Please send the actuator along with a detailed description of the issue directly to us if a fault occurs. Include the purchase receipt or serial number in the package to ensure prompt processing. The device will be inspected in-house and the cause of the fault will be determined. Product defects are repaired free of charge under warranty. In cases of improper handling, you will receive a repair quote for approval.
