Stroke lengths: 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 mm (steplessly adjustable).
Overload Cutoff
The integrated overload cutoff monitors actuator current. If current exceeds the permissible limit, the NTS1 shuts down automatically and protects the motor, gearbox, and connected assemblies from damage.
Synchronous Twin‑Actuator Option
Two 24 V actuators operate in precise parallel for even load distribution. The synchronous twin‑actuator option is ideal for large flaps or skylights.
Dry Signal Contacts
Dry contacts monitor the end positions and provide status to higher-level controllers.
Limit Switches
The limit switch stops the NTS1 reliably at the end positions.
Options
Further customization such as special cable lengths, connector types, color matching, or combinations with customer-specific adaptations is available on request. We can advise on special stroke lengths, OEM solutions, and project-specific accessories.
Installation
Installing the NTS1 24 V linear actuator is quick thanks to the supplied U‑bracket. Use the complete operating instructions for installation.
- Attach the U‑bracket and insert two sliding nuts into the dovetail rail
- Secure the actuator in the bracket and fasten the actuator rod to the clevis bracket
- Make the connection via flying leads (24 V DC, observe polarity)
- Run several cycles and test the limit switches
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
