Stroke lengths: 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 mm (stepless stroke adjustment).
Overload Cutoff
The integrated overload cutoff monitors the actuator current. If the current exceeds the permitted value, NTS1 switches off automatically and protects the actuator and connected components from damage.
Synchronous Twin-Actuator Option
Two 230‑V actuators run in parallel for even force distribution and are ideal for large skylights in building automation.
Dry signal Contacts
The signal contacts reliably monitor the end positions and report status to higher-level controllers.
Limit Switches
The limit switches stop the actuator safely in the end positions and prevent damage.
Options
Additional customization such as special cable lengths, connector types, color adjustments, or combinations with customer-specific modifications are available on request. We can advise on special stroke lengths, OEM solutions, and project-specific accessories.
Installation
The supplied U‑bracket makes installation of the NTS1 230‑V linear actuator quick. Use the complete operating instructions for installation.
- Attach the U‑bracket and insert the sliding nuts into the dovetail rail
- Secure the actuator in the bracket and attach the actuator rod to the clevis bracket
- Make the connection to 230 V AC (qualified personnel only)
- Run several cycles and test the limit switches
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only and must comply with applicable standards.
